We did great collecting donations and handing out candy last Saturday 10/7/23. $100 for our Lions4Sight program and $600 from candy day donations!!!

A special thanks to Gina, Mike, Craig, David, Bill and his son Bobby for coming out and volunteering at one of our signature events. See the pictures of participants with their catches below.

Several Lions provided Vision & Hearing screening for 27 children 5 years old and younger on September 26, 2023. 27 vision and 18 hearing screenings were performed.

Thanks Steve Frankenstein for setting District 1-M up to man the Van this year!!!! We had 8 vision, 9 hearing and 2 children hearing screenings. We had 5 members volunteer for a total of 16.5 hours service time. Well done

Thanks Larry Werline and your volunteers for organizing a grilled dinner for the families at the RMH on Aug. 22. Five volunteers spent 17 total hours of service. Lions are the best people!!!!

Springfield Noon Lion of 35 years and Treasurer for 29 years, Joe Brockamp passed away Sunday July 2, 2023. He will be dearly missed and our prayers are with his family.
