This Year we were able to award four scholarships to very deserving students.
My name is Reese Megginson, and I am a senior graduate from Auburn High School. In the fall, I plan to attend the University of Missouri and major in nursing. During my time in high school, I was a part of National Honor Society, the Auburn Varsity Volleyball Team, the Auburn Varsity Girls Basketball Team, Academic Challenge for Engineering and Science, Business Club, and Prom Committee. I was selected to be an Illinois State Scholar and Student of the Month.

Paige Zemsky is currently a senior at Rochester High School. She is very involved in the theater community in Rochester, as well as Springfield and Lincoln. She has been accepted into the honors program at Illinois State University majoring in biology with a focus on pre-optometry and minoring in theater. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing music, knitting, and going to musical performances.

Hello, my name is Payton Heise! I am a graduate of Springfield High School and a current junior at Murray State University. I am an exercise science major with a minor in business administration. I will be pursuing my master’s degree in occupational therapy at Murray State after graduation.

Megan Thing is currently a Junior at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
She is studying Speech and Hearing Science on the Pre-Speech Language Pathology track.
She is involved in Mu Epsilon Delta, a professional pre-health fraternity, and the National
Student Speech Language Hearing Association. In her free time, she enjoys spending time
with her friends and family, working, and seeing musical performances.
