The meeting was held at the Golden Corral with 24 members present. President Chris Walcher presented the club with a Lions’ patch that was awarded for new membership growth. Dale Diamond gave us an update on calendar sales and they continue to outpace last year at this time. Dale encourages everyone to sell their allotted calendars and get the money to him. A sign-up sheet for the Christmas Party which is being held at Bella Milano on December 16 was passed around. If you are unable to attend a meeting please contact Jami Leslie or Chris Walcher if you are planning to attend. The hats that are being decorated for the Christmas party again this year are available to pick up at the meeting. This year we will be decorating Asian hats. There will not be a noon meeting on December 16 due to the Christmas Party that night. Tail Twister Mark Cullen fined Bill Maxey, Mitch Murdock, Dave Moreland and Dr. Paul Anthony twice. Lion of the Day was Dr. Dave Milner who introduced our speaker Robbie Roberts. Robbie is the owner of Roberts Seafood. Robbie talked to us about the history of Roberts Seafood. The 50/50 was won by Limey Nargelenas.

Membership Chairman Dr. Paul Anthony reported that he has contacted two former Lions to be speakers for January. Chris Walcher reported that the Christmas Party is at Bella Milano and cocktails at 6:00 and dinner at 7:00. Please contact him by December 9th if you plan to attend and cannot make a meeting.
